Refund policy
We sell two main product types: Core Collection (standard / ongoing items) and Limited Edition Drops (limited-release items). The return rules are different for each.
1) Final sale items (no returns / no exchanges / no refunds)
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Limited Edition Drops / limited-release items

Pre-order items

Handcrafted / made-to-order items

Customised / personalised items

Markdown / sale items
2) Core Collection returns (refund to original payment method)
Core Collection products (including standard-release headcovers and putters), Apparel, and other golf products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund if they are:

New and unused
-
In the same condition you received them
-
In the original packaging (and still sealed where applicable)
If an item shows signs of use, wear, scent, or is returned without original packaging, it may be refused.
3) Store credit (case-by-case)
For items outside the Core Collection return category, we may offer store credit within 30 days, at our discretion, provided the product is returned new, unused, and in original packaging.
4) Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as you’re responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
5) Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement (or an alternative resolution if a replacement isn’t available).
